Armoured locks for roller shutter and metal doors
The 4200 series locks are the most secure solution for heavy metal doors and shutters, often used in warehouses.
- Structure and internal components:
galvanized steel.
- External protection plate:
6 mm thick galvanized steel.
- Dead-bolt:
10 mm thick steel, frictioned to ensure correct working also for vertical installation. Projection 75 mm.
- Security cylinder:
7 pins solid brass with case-hardened, tempered, copper and nickel-plated steel, pull-resistant and anti-drill external protection (armour unit).
- Keys:
supplied with 4 Viro Top Security profile nickel-plated brass keys
- Mechanism:
- double-handed lock, specific for metal doors and also recommended for roller shutters (pair operated with the same key);
- brass pins;
- mushroom brass counterpins, pick-resistant;
- phosphor bronze pin springs.
