Accessories for up and over doors locks

E.g. fitting on up and over door of armoured lock (item 8217) with internal protection plate.

FEATURES

On request (for all up and over doors locks):
- galvanized steel rods, telescopic, adjustable and extensible from 88 cm to 165 cm with related accessories;
- pair of grip handles with an 8 mm handle hole for installation on up-and-over doors with a thickness of up to 15 mm or of between 16 and 40 mm;
- internal protection plate, 2 mm thick, in case-hardened, tempered and galvanized steel, suitable for all types of locks available on the market, both with a european profile cylinder, and with a round cylinder;
- 4-way switch, to increase the number of locking points, from 4 to 6 or 8 (with two switch):
- standard operation: 1 rod retracts and 3 expand;
- optional operation: with a simple operation, 2 rods return and 2, opposite to each other, expand;
- kit of case-hardened drill-resistant fixing screws with rounded heads for fixing a 4-way switch;
- adjustable rod (from 42 to 72 cm) that connects the multipoint lock to the switch;
- Floor striker (well) for Viro rods;
- kit (to be combined with the multipoint lock to create a 6-point closure configuration) composed of: 1 switch + 6 adjustable rods + 1 connection rod + 1 floor striker + 1 fixing screw kit.
On request (only for multipoint locks to be armoured):
- security escutcheon and cover plates (item consisting of):
- one pull-resistant and drill-resistant security escutcheon, made from carbonitrided, galvanized steel for a special black anticorrosion treatment: (for mounting directly on the outside of sufficiently thick sheet metal or wooden up-and-over doors).
- one galvanized steel ring nut with a special black anticorrosion treatment (for mounting under the escutcheon on the outside of thin up-and-over doors);
- burglar and drill-resistant, case-hardened, tempered, copper, nickel and chrome-plated steel rotating plate. Plate with opening suitable for any profile type and key shape. 5 mm of adjustment for adaptation to the cylinder projection;
- inner reinforcement plate made of galvanized steel (2 mm thick) for fixing the escutcheon, and prevent the sheet metal from deforming;
- galvanized steel outer plate with a special black anticorrosion treatment (with a centre distance between 60 and 70 mm) used to cover the existing holes, with 4 threaded pins (M5x70 mm) welded on the inner side (so that the fixing point are invisible from the outside) for fastening the lock on doors with a thickness up to 40 mm;
- screws and washers for fixing the escutcheon from the inside;
- black nylon escutcheon.
