• choose the shaped support based on the cylinder that protrudes from the inner side of the lock;

• when the surface to which you apply the base fitted with a shaped support is flat (e.g. the inner side of a hollow-core door closed with a mortise door lock), use the high-resistance bi-adhesive supplied;

• when the base fitted with a shaped support must be applied to a protruding lock whose flat surface is not sufficiently large (e.g. a lock to be applied, a locking bar, a shutter lock, etc.), fasten the modular feet to the perforated base so to make a solid support for the SOUL base;

• The shaped support must be fastened (with the supplied grub screw and Allen key) to the protruding part of the inner cylinder (it might be necessary to remove the cylinder escutcheons or use one with a longer inner length);

• In the presence of a frictioned cylinder, insert the key bow of the inner cylinder into the steel spring key-lock;

• use a key emulator in the presence of a thumb turn cylinder (or with break-off tang). Fasten this accessory using a grub screw to the tang after having removed the thumb turn (or fasten it to the tang after cutting it to the desired size). Insert the other end of the key emulator into the steel spring key-lock;

• Fasten the SOUL to the support using the 4 screws supplied.
